Returns

If the delivery address is in The Netherlands, Belgium or Germany:

  • You can make a returnlabel here with your ordernumber and postcode.
  • Fill out the returnsform that you received on delivery
  • Put it together with the intact article to return (with all the original labels and price tags attached) in the packaging and close the pack in case of a box with tape. If you do not have the original package anymore any solid carton box is possible so that the product can not be damaged.
  • Attach the returnlabel securely on the package to be returned.
  • Drop the parcel off at a the DHL point that you choose.
  • We will get a message that we can expect your return. Once we receive your return, within 5 working days we will process the retunr.

Only use the above way for returning an order, as this way it is free for you!
Sending your order back by a different way will mean we will not reimburse the costs incurred by you.


For hygiene reasons, it is not possible to return underwear.

You can return other items, provided that:

  • All of the labels are still attached to the article.
  • Articles show no signs of use.

 

If the delivery address is outside The Netherlands, Belgium or Germany:

  • Fill out the returns form that you received on delivery
  • Put it together with the intact article to return (with all the original labels and price tags attached) in the packaging and close the pack in case of a box with tape. If you've received the order in a bag then you can remove the protective film from the second strip and seal the bag. If you do not have the original package anymore any solid carton box is possible so that the product can not be damaged.
  • Return the parcel to us through your local provider. You are responsible for the costs of the return of the goods. These return costs will not be reimbursed to you.
  • Make sure you get a receipt when you return it, as this is your proof of return in case the package is lost in transit.
  • Once we receive your return, within 5 working days we will refund your purchase amount.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order up to 15 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 15 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. If you make use of the right of withdrawal, the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging.
