We ship for free in The Netherlands, Belgium and Germany!
Our aim is to send your order as soon as possible but at the latest the next working day.
All our orders are delivered by DHL, PostNL or GLS. Orders on weekdays placed before 14.00h will normally be shipped at the latest the next working day. You will receive a tracking number from us after we have sent your order. You can track your order online. Below you can see when your order will normally be shipped:

Currently we deliver to The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Ireland, France, Luxembourg, Denmark, Monaco and Austria. The estimated delivery time outside The Netherlands will be between 2 and 5 working days to above mentioned countries. These deliveries are also with track & trace information. The shipping costs to France, ireland, Luxembourg, Denmark, Monaco and Austria are € 8,75 per order. If you decide to return any items, you will have to pay yourself for the shipping costs of returning these articles.
If you live in another country and you want to order something please contact us to order the desired items. The postage must first be calculated.
Returns
If the delivery address is in The Netherlands:
Enclosed in your received package you will find a return label. This label is valid for 30 days, this is the period during which you can return the items.
Fill out the returnsform that you received on delivery
Put it together with the intact article to return (with all the original labels and price tags attached) in the packaging and close the pack in case of a box with tape. If you do not have the original package anymore any solid carton box is possible so that the product can not be damaged.
Attach the returnlabel securely on the package to be returned.
Drop the parcel off at a PostNL point. Make sure you get a receipt when you hand it over, as this is your proof of return in case the package is lost in transit.
We will get a message that we can expect your return. Once we receive your return, within 10 working days we will refund your purchase amount.

For Belgium:
If you would like to return an article to us we kindly ask you to send an email to [email protected] with your order number and the article number you wish to return.
We will send you a return label by email which you can print and attach to the package.
This package you can take to a Bpost postoffice or post point.
PLEASE PAY ATTENTION! Only use the above way for returning an order, as this way it is free for you! Sending your order back by a different way will mean we will not reimburse the costs incurred by you.
For hygiene reasons, it is not possible to return underwear.
You can return other items, provided that:
All of the labels are still attached to the article.
Articles show no signs of use.
If the delivery address is outside The Netherlands or Belgium:
Fill out the returns form that you received on delivery

If you've received the order in a bag then you can remove the protective film from the second strip and seal the bag. If you do not have the original package anymore any solid carton box is possible so that the product can not be damaged.
Return the parcel to us through your local provider. You are responsible for the costs of the return of the goods. These return costs will not be reimbursed to you.
Make sure you get a receipt when you return it, as this is your proof of return in case the package is lost in transit.
